Whether you are cleaning out your garage or you are doing construction at your home and need to haul some
debris for your renovation or remodel we can provide an affordable service to help you with your job. We have
two services available for customers that can fit any of your trash hauling needs:
1. Do-It-Yourself Dumpster Rental: This is a do-it-yourself option for remodels, construction and clean-ups.
You choose a bin size that works for you; we deliver a dumpster to your house for however long you need
it and pick it up at a time that is convenient for you. Start by choosing a bin below.
2. Full-Service Junk Removal: If you do not want a dumpster sitting at your property a few days and would
like assistance with your clean up we send a crew out to your house to do the work for you! We
have straight forward pricing based on how much we fill up a dumpster. No hidden costs, and you don’t have
to pay for a dumpster that you will only fill up part way. You only pay for what is removed.
3. I need help controlling my monthly waste bill. Can you help me with dumpster and compactor contract negotiation?
Waste haulers are very profitable. They rely on the fact that businesses are too busy to examine their own waste
disposal needs. In fact, most waste haulers work hard to convince companies they need more service than they really need.
Allan's Disposal Services LTD. has an ALLAN'S Trash Expense Management division that specializes in the reduction of waste and
recycling collection costs for multi-family, retail and commercial clients. We even do joint ventures to save our customers money.
Q: What are my payment options?
Allan’s Disposal Services Ltd. accepts all major credit cards including: American Express, MasterCard and Visa are available over the phone or in store. Also, you can go in our store and pay with/or: Interact Debit and Cash. You can also pay cash straight up when the driver gets to your front door. Keep in mind to please have your card in front of you when placing or adding to your order.
Q: What is a tipping?
A tipping is when our truck driver(s) comes to pick up the bin and gets it emptied/dumped at the recycle center or landfill (depending on what kind of bin you order).
Q: What is the $500 deposit for, what is it?
Allan’s Disposal Services Ltd. takes a $500 deposit from you to cover the basic. This includes: the delivery of the bin, the first tipping of the bin (which includes the landfill fees per ton and entrance fee to the landfill), the first rent of the bin, and the removal. If your bill is under $500 we will credit back the difference. If your bill is over $500 you will have to pay us the remaining.
Q: Where does mileage start from?
The $4.05 per km mileage starts from when the truck leaves our building and goes to your place.
Q:What happens if there is something in the bin that isn’t supposed to be in (Example 1: if it’s a recyclable bin and there is garbage in the bin. Example 2: if it’s a garbage bin and there are recyclables in the bin.)?
If what you are asking is example 1, all the materials in the bin will have to go to the landfill which is a different charge. If what you are asking is example 2, all the materials in the bin will have to go to the landfill. Note: We are not able to let our truck drivers go in the bin and take out the garbage or recyclables in the bin because of Health and Sanitary Reasons.
Q:What if I ordered the wrong bin (Scenario 1: if at my house. Scenario 2: if their bin is still at the store. Scenario 3: if halfway to my house.)?
If what you are asking is scenario 1 we can pick up the bin for you and change it to the right bin you wanted instead. If what you are asking is scenario 2 we can change the bin for you here to fit your different needs. If what you are asking is scenario 3 we can come back to the store and change the bin for you and deliver it back. (There may be an additional fee charge, to any of these scenarios).
Q:What happens if my bin is vandalized or damaged?
If your bin gets damaged or is vandalized may incur repair/fix fee, as terms and conditions apply. To schedule a repair on a damaged container or to request a replacement container, please call (306)-931-2604.

It is to guarantee the customer(s) a long term better pricing bin.

Q: What can I put in a Rental Dumpster?
General solid waste comprising of garbage, refuse and rubbish including those that are recyclable but excluding Special Waste and Hazardous Waste.
- Biodegradable waste: food and kitchen waste, organic/yard trimmings and brush.
- Recyclable material: paper including newspaper and magazines, glass, bottles, cans, metals, certain plastics, etc.
- Inert waste: construction and demolition waste, carpet, compost and other debris.

Hazardous waste, dirt, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/ oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, appliances, petroleum contaminated soil/lead paint chips, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animals, barrels, all liquids.
Domestic hazardous waste (also called "household hazardous waste") & toxic waste: freon, asbestos, tires, paint, liquids, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, chemicals, fluorescent tubes, spray cans, fertilizer and pesticides, batteries, tires, appliances, televisions, monitors, computers, mattresses and box springs, biomedical, medications, infectious, bio-hazardous, toxic or hazardous and other materials requiring special handling as defined by applicable federal, state. Material must be level at the top of the container; nothing can be sticking out of the top.
Q: What if I need to change or cancel my order?
You may cancel or change an order either on line or by calling 306-931-2604. Please have your order confirmation printout, with order number available when cancelling or making changes. All order modifications must occur a minimum of one full business day in advance of the original service date to allow for processing. A minimum cancellation fee of $125.00 will be incurred for all order cancellations per the terms of the agreement.
Q: What if I fill up my container before I am done?
You may order an additional haul for your container either on line or by calling 306-931-2604. Additional haul charges equal to the amount of the first haul will apply.

Q: How far in advance do I need to order?
All online orders must occur at least 36 hours in advance to allow for processing, as terms and conditions apply. Please note there is no guaranteed delivery time, so if a container is needed first thing in the morning, delivery should be scheduled for the day prior.

Q: What if the driver comes for delivery or removal and I am not ready for the container to be dropped or removed?
All trip charges will incur a minimum additional cost of $145 per trip ( PLUS LAND FILL FEES AN RENTAL SERVICE OF BIN AND IF ANY MILAGE IS CHARGED ). If you are not ready to have your container picked up you may change an order either on line or by calling 306-931-2604. Please have your order confirmation printout, with order number available when cancelling or making changes.
Q: What if I need to keep my container longer/have it removed sooner?
If you want to modify the date your container is picked up, you may do so either on line or by calling 306-931-2604. Please have your order confirmation printout, with order number available when making changes. If a container is kept past days, additional rental or service fees will apply.
Q: Is it necessary for someone to be there when they deliver or remove my container?
It is preferred, but not necessary, to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the container. However, please be as specific as possible when answering the delivery questions, as the driver will use their best judgment and place the container in the safest accessible area when delivering the container. If an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. For removal; customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled pick-up day; if equipment is inaccessible customer is subject to additional pick-up charges, as terms and conditions apply.
Q: How many tons can I put in my container?
Certain materials such as concrete and dirt can be very heavy and can quite possibly exceed weight limits for public roadways in your area. Heavy loads also place undue safety risks for all traffic. Before placing any of these heavier materials in any containers, please review the terms and conditions of your agreement and contact ALLAN'S DISPOSAL SERVICES LTD at 306-931-2604

Q: Will I be billed for extra weight?
Yes, if your tonnage goes over the included tons quoted in your order you will be billed for the additional costs associated with that disposal per the terms of the agreement.

Q: What does the price include?
The price includes a one-time delivery, and pick-up for the selected container size and the agreed upon disposal allowance plus fuel and environmental fees and taxes. All waste will be disposed of in a fully approved and licensed disposal facility. (ALL SERVICES ARE PRICED PER SERVICE. SO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR.)
Q: Will it damage my new driveway?
The trucks used for delivery, plus the weight of a full container can be quite heavy. It is highly recommended that the customer protect any surface where the roll-off is going to be placed with a 4’ x 8’ sheet(s) of plywood. The Customer affirms that any right of way provided by customer (disclosed in delivery questions) for the roll-off container is sufficient to bear the weight of all contractors’ equipment and vehicles required to perform the contracted service. The customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire container placement site. The contractor shall not be responsible for any damages to any private driving surface, pavement or accompanying subsurface of any route associated to perform the service that was contracted.
Q: Can I put the container on the street?
YES local Permits are is required to put a dumpster on the street in front of your house. We can do this for you at no charge when you order the dumpsters.
Q: How large of a space do I need for delivery of the container?
Please refer to the container dimensions listed below on the website. It is recommended to provide space to accommodate double the amount of the width and height of the container to assure adequate height and space clearance.
Q: Are there any items I cannot put into my container?
Yes, only solid waste items are permitted in containers. Items that are NOT permitted are radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, toxic, or hazardous materials. No free liquids of any kind are allowed in the container. Additional requirements may apply based upon locality. Liability for appropriate waste remains with the customer as agreed to in the terms and conditions.
